Annabel Locke is a Field Analyst at Sylvera. Her work in the Multi-Scale LiDAR team is involves going to tropical forest all over the world to collect data on carbon stored in trees. Over the past year she has been on campaigns to forests in Gabon and Belize. Annabel’s background is primarily in wildlife conservation with an MSc in Conservation Management of African Ecosystems and a BSc in Animal Biology and conservation. She previously worked for a biotech startup, with a focus on the uses of next-generation sequencing in ecology, alongside my MSc.
